This is a Tsuchida century painting written by Naritaka Tahara.
The Arama Raima part has a three-dimensional print.
It was a work from the 1990s and I think it was a prize from the time of the Young Magazine series.
It's hard to find it on Yahoo Auction and Frima Site.
